Alaska Pollock

The Alaska Pollock Fish is a far-ranging fish and very large resource in the Bering Sea, the Gulf of Alaska and into British Columbia waters. The Canfisco group processes Pollock Fish into skinless and boneless fillets and H&G (headed and gutted) and freezes both on land and at sea. H&G Pollock is typically destined for further value-adding into variety of economical whitefish products.
