A Premium whitefish, Halibut fish is available in H&G (Headed and Gutted) or as a Skinless, Boneless Fletch (Halibut fillet) both fresh (in season) or frozen. With a firm, flaky texture and delicate, succulent flavor, Pacific halibut is the whitefish of choice for many upscale foodservice and retail sales channels.
